He focuses a substantial portion of his practice on successfully representing nursing homes in debt collection cases throughout the Commonwealth.
A tireless advocate for his clients, Mr. Carpenter’s novel arguments helped change the law in Massachusetts to make debt collection cases easier for nursing homes.
Mr. Carpenter also engages in a general practice with a focus on all civil litigation cases; including debt collection, personal injury, property rights, and landlord/tenant evictions, as well as guardianships, estates and estate planning.
Mr. Carpenter is one of the youngest attorneys in Massachusetts history to settle a million-dollar personal injury case.
